Disclaimer. By accessing or using the SagaPad platform (the “Platform”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Disclaimer

SagaPad is a neutral launch infrastructure and tooling provider. We are not the issuer, creator, operator, or controller of any project, token, or ICO launched on the Platform.

All projects, tokens, and ICOs are created, owned, and managed solely by independent teams or builders, not by SagaPad.

Projects launched on SagaPad may be experimental, early-stage, or high risk. This is an inherent characteristic of permissionless launches and not a defect of the Platform.

SagaPad does not audit, review, verify, or validate project teams, smart contracts, token economics, or claims made by projects.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge that projects and tokens launched via SagaPad may be unfinished, insecure, abandoned, or malicious.

SagaPad makes no representations or guarantees regarding the quality, safety, legality, or success of any project, ICO, or token.

You use the Platform and participate in any ICO entirely at your own risk.

SagaPad is not a broker, dealer, agent, intermediary, or advisor. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Token & ICO Risk Disclosure

SagaPad does not issue, manage, custody, endorse, or guarantee any tokens or ICOs.

SagaPad cannot reverse transactions, recover funds, or resolve disputes between users and project teams.

You understand that participation in ICOs involves significant financial risk, including the risk of partial or total loss due to project failure, abandonment, mismanagement, or fraudulent behavior by third parties.

4. No Endorsements or Guarantees

SagaPad does not endorse, sponsor, or promote any project, team, or token.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Right to Restrict or Remove

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or remove access to any project, user, or content that we reasonably believe:

• violates these Terms,
• violates applicable law, or
• poses risk to users, the Platform, or infrastructure.

SagaPad does not remove projects solely due to poor performance or failure.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your due diligence, security practices, and decisions when using the Platform.

You must not use SagaPad for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.

You may not deploy or promote content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or violates third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting, deploying, or launching content or projects on SagaPad, you grant SagaPad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content solely to operate and improve the Platform.

You retain ownership of your content. SagaPad retains all rights to its brand, software, and infrastructure.

You may not use SagaPad trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SagaPad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, profits, or data.
• SagaPad is not responsible for wallet compromises, phishing, smart contract exploits, transaction errors, or unauthorized access.
• Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SagaPad and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• your use of the Platform,
• your violation of these Terms,
• your participation in or launch of any project or ICO,
• your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

10. Security Notice

You are responsible for safeguarding your wallets, private keys, devices, and network access.

SagaPad is not liable for losses caused by phishing, compromised credentials, or third-party attacks.

You should independently review smart contracts and permissions before interacting with any project.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panama City, Panama.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SagaPad constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available on the Platform.
